How to Register for Classes

To register for classes, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% of the class fee must be paid to reserve your space. The non-refundable deposit goes to the balance due at class time.

Registering in advance is recommended. You can register and pay online at the class or event page you want to attend, but if this is your first experience with Susan and her work, she’d love to speak with you before you sign up. Please call Susan at 845.512.8389

Susan accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal invoicing, personal checks, and money orders.

You can make payment:

  • through the website
  • by a PayPal invoice
  • over the telephone
  • by postal mail

Refund, Cancellation, and No Show Policy

Refund Policy
Your 50% class deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if the class is paid in full and you cannot participate, a 50% refund will be granted, and a $25.00 administrative processing fee will be applied.

Cancellation Policy
If the course is canceled, you can reschedule for a future class or service.

Susan reserves the right to cancel any class due to inclement/severe weather, which might create hazardous driving conditions, including snow, ice, and flooding.

Susan will contact registrants by phone or email 24-48 hours before the event.

No Show Policy
If you cannot attend a scheduled class you registered for and do not notify Susan at least two days in advance; you will be required to make a full deposit for your rescheduled class.

Location
Classes are taught in Valley Cottage, NY. Valley Cottage’s proximity to major highways such as Route 303, Route 59, Palisades Parkway, and the New York State Thruway provides convenient access from Rockland, Orange, Ulster, and Northern New Jersey, New York City, Westchester County, and the general Tri-State Metropolitan Area.

Susan will provide the location and directions upon phone registration. If payment is made online through the website, PayPal will direct you to Two Bear Healing Arts thank you page with the class information and directions.
