How to Schedule with Susan
If scheduling an appointment or inquiring about availability, call 845.512.8389.
Office hours are:
Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
Saturday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST, if there are no classes
Sunday Closed
Susan will schedule your appointment in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Two Bear Healing Arts will be closed for all major holidays.
Service Payment Information
Payment in full is due at the time of scheduling for all services.
Accepted payments are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express; PayPal invoicing; and money orders. Personal checks are not accepted.
You can make payment:
- through the website
- by an invoice
- over the telephone
- or by postal mail
Punctuality
Susan will call you several minutes before your appointment to review the session and help you settle in. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, so the session starts on time. If you answer the call late or call back, your session will end at the time appointed. If you do not answer, Susan will call and text you a few times during the first 15 minutes. After that, it is a missed appointment if she still needs to hear back from you. If you call Susan back during your scheduled appointment, she will do the remainder of the time.

Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. If you need to cancel and provide Susan with 24 hours, she will refund your money in total minus a $25 administrative fee. Likewise, if you need to reschedule and provide 24 hours’ notice, Susan will reschedule your appointment at no cost.
If you cancel less than 24 hours or on the day of your appointment, Susan will refund you 50% of the service fee minus a $25 administrative cost. There is a $55 rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule.
If you miss an appointment, Susan will not refund you the payment you made upon booking.
If you are late for an appointment, there will be a reduced time for your service to maintain punctuality for other appointments.
Single purchase orders are valid for 3- months from the date of purchase, and Package purchase orders are valid for 6-months from the date of purchase.
No refunds are available for services rendered.
