Susan handles scheduling by telephone. To schedule your session or inquire about availability, call 845.512.8389

All sessions are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Susan is in the office:
Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
Saturday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST
Sunday Closed

Two Bear Healing Arts will be closed for all major holidays.

When you Call to Schedule

Susan will explain animal communication and or Reiki, how it works, and how she works + answer questions and provide instruction before scheduling.

Payment is due before your session and scheduled based on availability.

If your animal’s situation is urgent and you need an immediate session, please let Susan know at the beginning of your conversation.

Service Payment Information

Susan understands the importance of flexibility in payments, which is why she uses PayPal. PayPal offers a range of payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Maestro, Union Pay, PayPal invoicing, and money orders.

Payments can be made via telephone with Susan at the time of scheduling or online through the website.

If payment is made online through the service webpage, call Susan to schedule.

Single purchase orders are valid for three months from the date of purchase, and Package purchase orders are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Preparing for your Animal Communication Sessions

Susan encourages you to record your session. You can take handwritten notes, use a recording device, a voice memo app on your smartphone, iPad, or laptop, or download an app. Susan will not record the session for you.

Have prepared a list of questions and special messages, sentiments, or instructions you have for your animal family member.

If you are addressing food or health concerns with Susan, have a list of all medication, supplementation, specialty food, or items your animal is ingesting.

Punctuality on the Day of Your Appointment

Your punctuality is not just appreciated; it’s crucial. It ensures your session starts as scheduled, respecting your time and Susan’s.

Susan will call you several minutes before your appointment to review the session and help you settle in.

If you do not answer the call, Susan will call and text you a few times during the first 15 minutes. After that, your session is a missed appointment if she still needs to hear back from you. If you call Susan back during your scheduled appointment, she will do the remainder of the time to maintain punctuality for other appointments.

Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, call Susan at 845.512.8389.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. This policy allows Susan to accommodate other clients on a waiting list. If you need to cancel and give Susan 24 hours’ notice, she will refund the service fee in full minus a $25 administrative fee. Likewise, if you need to reschedule and provide 24 hours’ notice, Susan will reschedule your appointment at no cost. All refunds are processed through Susan’s banking institution via electronic check sent through the United States Postal Service, not back to your credit card.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before or on the day of your appointment, Susan will refund you 50% of the service fee minus a $25 administrative fee. Likewise, if you need to reschedule and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, there is a $55 rescheduling fee. All refunds are processed through Susan’s banking institution via electronic check sent through the United States Postal Service, not back to your credit card.

There are no refunds for missed appointments.

No refunds are available for services rendered.

If Susan cancels your appointment, she will fully refund the service fee and process your refund through her banking institution via electronic check sent through the United States Postal Service, not back to your credit card. However, if you’d rather have your refund through your credit card, a $25.00 administrative processing fee will be applied.
