How to Schedule with Susan

Susan offers phone sessions nationwide and house calls in and around Nyack, NY. Sessions are scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone.

These at-home services are provided in Nyack, NY and surrounding counties in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut including: Rockland, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Passaic, Bergen, Fairfield, New Haven, and Litchfield.

Scheduling Availability

Phone Sessions & House Calls are available:

  • Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
  • Saturday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST

Please note: The last house call is scheduled at 6:00 pm: Monday through Thursday and 5:00 pm: Friday EST.

Service Payment Information

Susan accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express; PayPal invoicing, personal check (with valid drivers license or photo ID), money orders, or cash.

Payment can be made:

  • through the website
  • by an invoice
  • over the telephone
  • by postal mail: Call Susan to schedule and receive the mailing address. 845.512.8389.

Payment Arrangement for Services

Payment must be received in full prior to all  services. Please see cancellation and refund policy below.

Travel Fee: A travel fee may apply if location is out of travel zone. See travel policy rates and location list.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Services:

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.

If you do not provide 24 hours notice, the payment you made upon booking will not be refunded.

All services cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment will be refunded in full. An admin fee of $15 will be applied. Estimated refund processing is one to two weeks.

If you cancel on the day of 50% will be refunded. An admin fee of $15 will be applied. Estimated refund processing is one to two weeks.

If you miss an appointment, the payment you made upon booking will not be refunded.

If you are late for an appointment there will be a reduction in time for your service in order to maintain punctuality for other appointments.

No refunds are available for services rendered.
