I believe every client and their animal family deserves a personal touch. To ensure we are the right fit and to provide you with my most dedicated care, I handle all scheduling personally.

Hours of Operation (Eastern Time):

• Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST
• Saturday: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. EST
• Sunday and all major holidays: Two Bear Healing Arts is closed.

Urgent Situations: If your animal is in an emergency situation, please let me know. I will do everything possible to fit you in for a priority session.

3 Simple Steps to Get Started

1. Let’s Connect: Call me at 845.512.8389 during business hours for a brief, heart-centered chat. This allows us to discuss your animal’s specific needs and find a time slot that fits perfectly into your schedule.

2. Secure Your Spot: To hold your dedicated time on my calendar, payment is required at the time of scheduling. For your convenience, I can process your card securely over the phone during our call.

Note: If you prefer to pay online in advance via my service pages, please call me afterward so we can officially finalize your date and time.

3. Prepare for the Session: Once we are officially on the calendar, take a moment to review the Preparation Checklist below. This ensures that when we meet, our energy remains fully focused on the messages and healing for your animal friend.

Preparing for Our Time Together

To get the most out of our session, I recommend a few simple preparations. These steps help us stay focused and deeply connected to your animal friend’s messages.

• Record the Session: I do not provide session recordings, but I highly encourage you to capture our time together so you can revisit the messages later.
• Center Your Thoughts: Take a few quiet moments before we speak to write down specific questions or messages you wish to share with your animal. Having these in front of you ensures we cover everything that’s on your heart.
• Have Health Details Ready: If we are discussing health or nutrition, please have a list of all current medications, supplements, or specialty foods ready.
• Choose a Quiet Space: Try to be in a calm environment where you won’t be interrupted. Your animal doesn’t need to be in the room with you, but being in a peaceful state yourself helps the communication flow more easily.

Important Details

On the Day of Our Appointment : I will call you a few minutes before our scheduled time. If I cannot reach you, I will try again twice over the first 15 minutes.

• Late Arrivals: If we connect within those first 15 minutes, we will spend the remainder of your scheduled time together.
• Missed Appointments: If I haven’t heard from you after 15 minutes, the session will be considered a “no-show” and is non-refundable.

Session Expiration: Life happens, and I want to ensure you have ample time to use your sessions.

• Single Sessions: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Packages: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Refund Processing: To ensure secure and accurate bookkeeping, all refunds are processed through my bank via electronic check and mailed to your physical address. Please note that completed services are non-refundable.

Understanding My Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I dedicate my time and energy fully to every session. Because that time is set aside exclusively for you and your animal, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. This allows me the opportunity to offer that opening to another animal in need.

• With 24+ Hours’ Notice: You are welcome to reschedule at no cost. If you prefer a refund, I will return your payment in full, minus a $25 administrative processing fee.
• With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to reschedule on short notice, a $55 rescheduling fee applies. If you prefer to cancel, a 50% refund will be issued (minus the $25 administrative fee).
• Missed Appointments (No-Shows): Appointments missed without any notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• My Commitment to You: In the unlikely event that I must cancel our session, I will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund immediately.

Please note: Once a session is completed, services are non-refundable.
